No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before checking out.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. All sales are final once the order is placed.

If your order includes both an in-stock item and a preorder item, everything will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready.

All orders are shipped from Austria with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).

Standard shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free from €100 in Austria and from €120 everywhere else. See our shipping policy for all rates.

It depends on your country and the postal service. Orders within Austria and the EU usually arrive much faster than overseas orders, which can take several weeks.

Tracking is not included in standard shipping. If you want a tracking number, choose “Shipping with tracking” at checkout for an extra fee.

You cannot change your shipping address after your order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders to countries outside the EU (e.g. USA, UK, Switzerland) may be charged import duties and taxes by your country. These are collected by your local postal service or customs on delivery and are not included in our prices.

International mail can take a while, especially overseas. If your order still hasn’t arrived after several weeks, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with Austrian Post.

This webshop is run by the band members themselves. Because we are often on tour, it can sometimes take a little longer before orders are shipped. We always do our best to get everything out as quickly as possible.
